WIG REVAMP SERVICE
*THIS SERVICE IS ONLY FOR WIGS PURCHASED FROM SILKBYSHANI*
This service includes:
-Wash and treatment
-Style of choice: straight, wand curls, crimps, or bombshell curls
-Color touch up
-Redo/add baby hairs
-Re-pluck hairline (If needed)
-Change parting
-Recolor: red, brown, jet black, or highlights (Extra add on $25-$50)
Once you place your order I will reach out to you to ask for pictures of the current status of your wig to make sure it's still in good condition. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the shipping address to send your wig in.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final! For sanitary reasons, there are no refunds/returns/cancellations unless we are at fault, i.e wrong order, product, or color. If so, please contact us @ silkbyshani@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is within 3-5 business days. *Due to covid, there may be delays in shipments* To prevent fraud, shipping and billing address must match or your order will be canceled. Once the package is received by USPS we are no longer liable for any damages or the delivery of the item. Please contact USPS directly if you have any issues. All packages are shipped with signature confirmation. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly to ensure your package is signed for.
